Each row is one NiCE CXone customer — their contract, product usage, support history, and whether they stayed or left. We planted real, discoverable patterns (and a few deliberate data-quality traps) so there's something worth finding.
This is the actual file, loaded live in your browser. Skim it, search it, get a feel for the columns — then let Claude do the heavy lifting below. No charts or conclusions here on purpose: finding those is your job in step 2.
Do them in order — each builds on the last, so keep the same Claude chat open. Hit copy, paste into Claude, and (for steps 1–2) attach the CSV you downloaded above.
You just need a Claude account. Pick whichever feels comfortable — the prompts are identical.
Go to claude.ai, start a new chat, click the paperclip to upload nice_cxone_churn.csv, then paste the Step 1 prompt. That's it.
Unzip the lab into a folder, open Claude Code there, and just mention the file by name — Claude can read everything in the folder. No uploading needed.
