# NiCE brand cheat-sheet (for Step 6 — the deck)

Use this if you **don't** have the `nice-brand` Claude skill installed. Paste the relevant
parts into Claude so your management deck looks and sounds unmistakably NiCE.

> If you *do* have the `nice-brand` skill, just say "use the nice-brand skill" and skip this —
> the skill ships the real logos, fonts, photo library and templates and does it properly.

## The non-negotiables
- **Spelling, always:** `NiCE` — capital **N, C, E**, lowercase **i**. Never "Nice", "NICE", "nice".
- **Product name (2026):** **NiCE CXone**. First mention: "the NiCE CXone platform", then "CXone".
- **Retired words — do NOT use:** ~~Mpower~~, ~~inContact~~.
- **2026 AI naming:** what older data calls "Enlighten" → say **NiCE AI Models**; "Autopilot" → **AI Agents**.
  *(Heads-up: the workshop CSV still uses the legacy label "Enlighten AI" as an internal module name —
  that's realistic for internal data. In the management-facing deck, use the 2026 names.)*

Charcoal dominates. NiCE blue is the hero accent. Warm white only for panels/cards.

## Typography
- **Be Vietnam Pro** (Light / Regular / Medium / Semibold). Arial as fallback.
- **Sentence case only** — never Title Case or ALL CAPS headlines.
- One idea per slide. Big, readable, generous spacing.

## Signature visual move
- The **highlight pill**: a rounded chat-bubble shape sitting behind **1–2 key words** in a headline
  (never two pills in a row, never more than one line). It's the most recognizable NiCE device.

## Voice & tone
- Human, warm, optimistic, confident — not robotic, not hype.
- Lead with the **outcome / the person**, then quantify it.
- Brand line to close on: **"Create a NiCE world."**
